Comedian Sunil Pal Missing Reports: In a shocking turn of events, popular comedian Sunil Pal has allegedly gone missing. The 49-year-old comedian's sudden disappearance has caused a stir on the internet, leaving everyone - including his fans - worried.
Popular Comedian Sunil Pal Goes Missing; Wife Files Complaint
On Tuesday evening, reports of popular comedian Sunil Pal going missing broke out on the internet. As reported by news9live, the comedian's wife Sarita revealed that his husband went out of Mumbai for a show. Reportedly, he was supposed to return home home. His wife tried to contact him multiple times but his phone was switched off, which left his wife worried.
As the report further suggest, Sarita then went to the Santacruz police station in Mumbai to file a missing complaint. An investigation is currently underway.
Who Is Sunil Pal?
Born on 2nd May 1975 (as per his Wikipedia page), Sunil Pal is well-known comedian-actor. He rose to fame after winning 'The Great Indian Laughter Challenge' back in 2005. Besides his laughter gigs, he's also appeared in popular films like 'Apna Sapna Money Money', 'Hum Tum', 'Phir Hera Pheri', 'Bombay To Goa' and 'Kick' to name a few.
Comedian Sunil Pal is quite active on Instagram and has 24.9kfollowers on the said social media app.
Back in May this year, the comedian hit headlined after he called Sunil Grover's portrayal of 'Dafli' - cross-dressing as one of the much-loved female characters on Kapil's show - in Kapil Sharma's Netflix show 'The Great Indian Kapil Show' "cheap" and "vulgar".
Talking to Telly Talk, the comedian was quoted saying, "Sunil Grover bahut purana lag raha hai. Wahi cheezein, ghisi piti cheezein... hasi nahi aati. Baar baar actor ke goud mein jaake baith jaana ladki banke, ghin aati hai! Phir woh ladkiyon ke naam pe kapde pehenke vulgar baate karna, aur phir baar baar award functions mein jaake bolna, 'Aaj mujhe pata chala santre khaye bhi jaate hain.' Sunil Grover... ab woh jitna hain accha kare, logon ko gyaan na baate. (sic)"
Sunil Pal had further slammed Kiku Sharda and Krushna Abhishek for cross-dressing as women.
