Yuvraj Singh's NGO Sparks Controversy With Its Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign

Yuvraj Singh's NGO named YouWeCan did a breast awareness campaign in the start week of October. In the post, we could see a woman holding two oranges while other women around her looking at her and her oranges. In another post two women were seen navigating oranges. The post red, "How well do you know your oranges? Early detection saves lives." It further asked women, "Have you checked your oranges lately? It could save your live!"

Shocked by how the NGO is trying to create breast cancer awareness by not even being able to call breasts by its original name made a user comment, "Embarrassing! How will we even begin to treat breast cancer if we don't call breasts as breasts. This poster seems to be designed by an eve-teaser who makes such disgusting comments while passing women on the road. Stop making women feel ashamed of their bodies." Another wrote, "If we are unwilling to say the word "breast" for breast cancer, how on earth will we start dialogue and spread awareness?" "Oranges? Really? That's how you hype up taboos," another shocked user slammed the NGO. "Why cant you call them breasts instead of oranges or something else. What message are you going to give. Embarassing advert," another commented.
