Aashna Hegde & Aditya Kumar’s Heartfelt Jim Corbett Wedding Where Nature Meets Nuptials

Love met legacy as Digital Content Creator Aashna Hegde and her longtime partner Aditya Kumar celebrated a wedding that beautifully united two culturally rich worlds. Set in the heart of Jim Corbett's tranquil wilderness, the intimate celebration honoured both South Indian and North Indian traditions with thoughtful detail from temple-inspired aesthetics and traditional draping to the emotional warmth of North Indian pheras and timeless family customs.
Every nuance reflected not just style, but sentiment capturing the grace, heritage, and emotion of a contemporary "two states" union that remained deeply personal.
A compelling fashion narrative runs through the celebrations - one rooted in craftsmanship
• For the South Indian wedding, Aashna wore a custom handwoven Kanjivaram saree by Jigar Mali - a dhoop-chaau masterpiece that shifts in tone with light. The heirloom carries deep emotional significance, delicately embroidered with the names of the women who shaped her - her nani, masi, mother, and sisters - with a space left open, thoughtfully reserved for the generations to come.
• For the Mehendi, she embraced bold modernity in Anushka Khanna - a striking, fully mirrored red ensemble, inspired by Alia Bhatt, bringing to life a cherished full-circle fashion moment with contemporary exuberance.
• The Punjabi wedding saw her in Rimple & Harpreet Couture - a bespoke lehenga composed by artfully merging three couture creations into one singular, refined statement of craftsmanship.
• For the cocktail celebration, she slipped into Label Ankita Jain - a pristine white silhouette exuding a dreamy 'church-wedding' aesthetic, elevated with luxurious bridal silk, lace, crystallised detailing, and a chic short face veil that added just the right touch of drama.
Every look was curated by Dolla Baruah, ensuring seamless creative direction across ceremonies, while Shraddha Luthra helmed the bridal beauty with an exclusive touch - completing a vision where culture and couture came together in perfect harmony.
The celebrations unfolded from 6th-8th December 2025 with some of their closest friends and family in attendance.
