Coldplay Mumbai Concert: Orders Issued By DCP Traffic
Traffic curbs for public safety measures have been announced for the given dates of Coldplay concerts in Mumbai. Tirupati Kakade, Deputy Commissioner of Police, issued the order that under Sections 115, 116(1)(a)(b), and 117 of the Motor Vehicles Act heavy vehicles that include goods carrier are restricted from "entering, traveling, or parking on roads within the Navi Mumbai Police Commissionerate's jurisdiction" during specific hours. The restrictions on the vehicles will be posed from 2 pm to 12 am on the concert dates. Vehicles that are "carrying essential goods, fire brigades, ambulances, and government vehicles" do not come under curbs.
