According to NDTV, Deepti was allegedly discovered hanging inside the home on Tuesday evening (November 25), leaving relatives and locals stunned by the unexpected tragedy.
Police officials from the Vasant Vihar station reached the spot soon after receiving the call and registered a case to probe the circumstances surrounding her death.

The sudden death of Deepti Chaurasia has sent shockwaves across the nation. According to News18, police recovered a suicide note during their investigation, in which Deepti allegedly pointed to marital discord as a reason behind her tragic decision. Rumors have also circulated that her suicide may be linked to her husband Harpreet's alleged second marriage to a South Indian film actress.
Speaking to ANI, Rishabh, Deepti's brother, made startling claims about her life. "Her mother-in-law and husband used to physically abuse them. Her husband, Harpreet, had extramarital affairs. When we found out, we took our sister home... but her mother-in-law later forced her to return," he revealed.
He further added, "My sister used to call me and tell me she was being tortured and that her husband had affairs. I don't know whether my sister was killed or died by suicide. I spoke to her just 2-3 days ago. I just want justice. She was married in 2010, and her relationship with her husband was never good."
However, the Chaurasia family's lawyer has denied all reports of any domestic dispute, calling the claims "baseless" and stating that the family is cooperating fully with the ongoing investigation.
The case continues to unfold, and authorities are examining all angles to determine the circumstances leading to Deepti's untimely death.
