His comment, which touched on sensitive topics related to parents and s*x, quickly went viral, leading to intense backlash. As a result, multiple complaints were lodged against him, and an FIR was filed.

The controversy gained momentum when a BJP functionary registered a police complaint against the show's makers, judges, and participants. Many criticized the program for its edgy, often provocative content, and the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) intervened, directing YouTube to remove the video due to the allegedly offensive language used in the episode. Additionally, access to the content on the show's mobile app has now been restricted.

As public outrage continued to grow, Allahbadia addressed the issue by posting an apology video on X.

In his statement, he admitted that his remark was inappropriate and acknowledged his mistake. "Comedy is not my forte. Just here to say sorry. Many of you asked if this is how I wish to use my platform-obviously, this is not how I wish to use my platform. I am not going to give any context, justification, or reasoning behind whatever happened. I am just here for an apology. I personally had a lapse in judgment. It wasn't cool on my part," he said.

Following his public apology, the controversial episode has been taken down from YouTube. While the situation remains a topic of discussion, this move aims to curb further backlash. However, the involvement of other individuals, including social media influencer Apoorva Makheja and comedian Samay Raina, continues to draw attention as authorities investigate the matter further.
