During the episode, which featured well-known content creators like Ashish Chanchlani, Jaspreet Singh, and Apoorva Mukhija (popularly known as "The Rebel Kid" on Instagram), Allahbadia asked, "Would you rather watch your parents have s*x every day for the rest of your life or join in once and stop it forever?" A clip of the moment quickly went viral, drawing widespread criticism on social media.

Among those condemning the remark was renowned audio storyteller and author Neelesh Misra, who criticized the lack of accountability among digital creators. He expressed his concerns on X, stating, "This content is not designated as adult content - it can be seen with ease even by a child if the algorithm takes him or her there. The creators or the platform have zero sense of responsibility. I am also not surprised at all that four people at the desk - and lots in the audience - celebrated this and had a great laugh."

Despite the uproar, Ranveer Allahbadia has yet to address the controversy. Samay Raina too hasn't reacted to the criticism so far.

Interestingly, India's Got Latent has found itself in the spotlight before. Just last week, a contestant from Arunachal Pradesh stirred controversy with a remark about dog meat, which led to legal repercussions.
