India's Got Latent Controversy: India's Got Latent's latest episode, featuring renowned social media figures - Ranveer Allahbadia aka BeerBiceps, Ashish Chanchlani, Apoorva Mukhija aka 'The Rebel Kid' and Jaspreet Singh - as guests, has erupted a string controversies across the country. Not just the guest judges, but host and YouTuber Samay Raina has also landed in legal trouble.

Now, more than a day after the controversial Ranveer Allahbadia episode on India's Got Latent, comedian Samay Raina finally broke his silence on the ongoing controversy. Amid the row, the comedian made his first social media post.

Samay Raina Breaks Silence On India's Got Latent Controversy

Since the last couple days, internet is filled with reports of Samay Raina's India's Got Latent controversy. It all started when Ranveer Allahbadia (BeerBiceps) made some vulgar remark on the show. The show, including Ranveer, Samay, Apoorva and others have been receiving severe backlash over the episode. Amidst the ongoing row, comedian Samay Raina has finally reacted to the same.

On Wednesday evening, Samay took to Instagram and issued a clarification on the ongoing controversy. Sharing a note on his Ig story, he wrote, "Everything that is happening has been too much for me to handle. I have removed all Indias Got Latent videos from my YouTube channel. My only objective was to make people laugh and have a good time. I will fully cooperate with all agencies to ensure their inquiries are concluded fairly. Thank you (sic)".

Who Is Samay Raina?

Samay Raina is a well-know comedian and YouTuber who recently appeared on Amitabh Bachchan's Kaun Banega Crorepati Season 16 with fellow comedian and content creators Tanmay Bhat, Bhuvam Bam (BB Ki Vines) and Kamya Jani.

Samay rose to fame after wining the second season of 'Comicstaan' alongside Aakash Gupta back in 2019. The 27-year-old comedian-YouTuber, Samay Raina, is currently touring Canada and the US for his tour 'Samay Raina Unfiltered'.
