Love Guru First Review: Pak Stars' Mahira & Humayun's Film Is Bakwas With Worst Performances & Boring Story

Love Guru First Review: Pakistani actress Mahira Khan, who made headlines for her bizarre and controversial statements against India during the Indo-Pak conflict, is back in the headlines. And this time for her upcoming movie Love Guru which is said to be a romantic comedy directed by Nadeem Baig. Touted to be a big budget film, Love Guru also features renowned Pakistani actor Humayun Saeed in the lead. Interestingly, Love Guru happens to be Mahira and Humayun's second collaboration after 2015 release Bin Roye.

To note, Love Guru features Humayun Saeed in the role of matchmaker-turned-marriage-saboteur. However, his journey is said to take a new turn with entry of Mahira Khan in the story. Interestingly, Mahira Khan and Humayun's reunion after a decade is said to be a key element of this Pakistani movie. And now, we have got our hands on the first review of Love Guru and looks like this Pakistani film has failed to deliver as per the buzz.

Taking to the micro-blogging site Twitter, Umair Sandhu stated that Love Guru is a boring film with disappointing performances. He tweeted, "First Review #LoveGuru ! All that glitters is not gold. It's cringe to watch Aged actors like #HumayunSaeed & #MahiraKhan in RomCom. Worst performances, Boring Story & Screenplay & Bad music. Overall, It has beautiful body with NO SOUL. Skip this Bakwas movie". This isn't all. The self-proclaimed critic also gave Mahira's film 1 star out of 5.

To note, Mahira Khan, along with several other Pakistani actors were massively criticised by All Indian Cine Workers Association (AICWA) post their bizarre remarks about India post operation Sindoor which was in response to the Pahalgam attack. Mahira called India's retaliation 'cowardly', her statement was termed as anti-India and disrespectful towards the nation. As a result, her image was removed from the posters of her Bollywood debut Raees which also feautred Shah Rukh Khan in the lead
