However, the Pakistani actor's comment on Islam and marriage ended up making the internet upset. Ever since the episodes premiered on YouTube, Danish has been facing major backlash on the internet over his polygamy remark in front of his wife. During the conversation, the actor was seen saying, "Mujhe ijazat hai chaar shaadiyon ki... Main kar nahi raha, vo alag baat hai. No one can take it away from me." Further justifing his comment, the actor pointed at his wife Ayeza and said, "This is my love, my respect for her, that I want to spend my life with her right now."

In the latest episode, the 'Ishq Hai' actor broke his silence regarding the controversy and stated, "Main aur Ayeza hum comments padh kar hass rahe the. Jaisa ki maine kaha tha ki mujhe 4 shaadiyon ki ijaazat hai, lekin main kar nahi raha kyunki filhaal mujhe pyaar hai apni biwi se. Aur main aaj bhi ispar qayam hoon. Filhaal zindagi inhi ke saath guzarna chahta hoon. (Ayeza and I were reading the comments and laughing. Who Is Pakistani Actor Danish Taimoor?

Born on 16th February 1983, 42-year-old Danish Taimoor is a well-known name in the Pakisatni entertainment industry. He kickstarted his career as a fashion model and forayed into acting. Danish made his acting debut on Television in 2005 and later made his movie debut with Yasir Jaswal's thriller 'Jalaibee' in 2015. Some of his notable Pakistani dramas include 'Rehaai', 'Ab Dekh Khuda Kya Karta Hai', 'Deewangi', 'Ishq Hai' and 'Kaisi Teri Khudgarzi'.

The actor-producer-host and former model tied the knot with popular Pakistani actress and television figure Ayeza Khan on 8th August 2014. The couple was blessed with a daughter in in 2015, and a son in 2017.
