Amidst the heightened tension between India and Pakistan, Pak celebs, including Mahira Khan, Fawad Khan and Mawra Hocane among others, were removed from the posters of their Hindi films, along with the covers on music platforms.
Days after this, Pakistani actress Mahira Khan broke her silence on being removed from the poster of her Bollywood debut film 'Raees' along with its YouTube cover due to ongoing India vs Pakistan tension.
In an Instagram video, shared by Niche Lifestyle, Mahira revealed she didn't feel bad at it. Calling it a 'silly thing to do', Shah Rukh Khan's Raees co-star responded, "I didn't feel bad about it, even for a second. I actually laughed about it. It doesn't matter. It was a very small thing. A silly thing to do. (sic)"

Mahira Khan On Working In Bollywood Again
In another video, the actress opened up on the possibility of her working in Bollywood ever again due to the India vs Pakistan conflict.
Talking about it, the Pak actress stated, "I think we need to focus inwards; we need to focus on our own industry. I'm someone who doesn't believe in the cancel culture or boycotts. I'm speaking broadly. But given the current situation, we're all emotional. Instead of advocating such strong stances which is one's prerogative, we should focus on ourselves. We should invest in us [in Pakistan] (sic)".
