"I love solo dates," Javeed confesses with a smile. "Whether it's going to a movie, out to dinner, or planning a solo trip, I love my own company. There's something special about being able to do whatever I want, whenever I want." Javeed's words are a breath of fresh air in a world that often associates being single with being incomplete.

Javeed's memorable solo travel experience was a solo bike ride from Peddapalli to Nagpur in 2019. "It was my first solo trip, and it was exhilarating," Javeed recalls. "The sense of freedom and accomplishment was incredible. I remember feeling so proud of myself for pushing past my comfort zone and trying something new."

So, how does Javeed plan to spend Valentine's Day? "I'll prioritize self-care activities," he says. "I'll indulge in a relaxing bath, cook my favorite meal, and do some mindful activities like meditation. I'll also spend time with my cat, Luna, and work on some creative projects. It's going to be a day all about self-love and self-care."

Javeed's advice to someone struggling to find joy in singlehood or spending time alone is simple: "Just be kind to yourself," he says. "Remember that it's okay to take time for yourself and focus on your own happiness. Don't be afraid to try new things and step out of your comfort zone. And most importantly, practice self-love and self-acceptance."
