From Late-Night Workouts To ‘Beast Mode’: Bhuvan Bam’s Trainer Opens Up About His Fitness Transformation

Calling Bhuvan "the epitome of fitness," Pranit revealed that despite hectic shoots and long working hours, the actor-creator never backs out of training.

"Humne aisa bhi kiya hai ki 12:30 - 1:00 am at night Bhuvan has come from shoot and we did workout," he shared, adding that over the last couple of years, their bond has grown far beyond a regular trainer-client relationship. "With Bhuvan Bhai it does not feel like I'm training a client... it's more fun plus intense workout, then after workout we are again chilling, sometimes having lunch or talking about random topics."
Pranit also revealed that Bhuvan often contributes ideas for fitness content and concepts. "Lot of my new ideas which I try to implement in my overall content is suggested by him. He's like, 'Why don't you try this? Ye crazy rahega, ye try karo,'" he said. Describing him as "very obedient" as a student, Pranit shared that there's a complete shift once Bhuvan enters the gym. "Once we enter into the gym, he turns into a beast... he is listening to everything. He is giving me looks like 'I know what you are doing,' but he obeys all kinds of workouts that I suggest."
Pranit opened up about how Bhuvan first began training seriously after lockdown with the simple goal of becoming active and building discipline, not chasing a particular physique. For months, they trained entirely at home while focusing on consistency and routine. One of the biggest challenges, however, was Bhuvan's tendency to get completely immersed in work. "He just takes one black coffee in the morning and works for 14 hours a day, literally no meals, bhool jata hai wo meals lena," Pranit shared. But once Bhuvan started seeing results himself, he became increasingly disciplined with workouts, diet and recovery. According to Pranit, consistency remains the biggest reason behind the transformation people see today.
As Bhuvan continues to expand his space as an actor, creator and performer with multiple projects across platforms, his fitness journey reflects the same consistency and dedication that audiences have long associated with his work.
