Bollywood’s Favourite DJ Ganesh Reveals Orry, Ananya Panday’s Love For Bollywood Music: Real Energy Comes When

One of Bollywood's most loved celebrity DJs, DJ Ganesh has become a regular name at luxury weddings, elite Bollywood parties, and high-profile celebrity celebrations. Having played as the DJ for stars like Salman Khan, Sidharth Malhotra, Kiara Advani, Ananya Panday and celebrity favourite Orry, along with performing at grand celebrations hosted by Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, DJ Ganesh has witnessed some of Bollywood's biggest parties from close quarters.

Known for his energetic music sets and understanding of every crowd, the celebrity DJ recently opened up about surprising celebrity music choices, private party moments, and why Bollywood songs still rule every dance floor.

Talking about the most surprising music tastes he has seen at celebrity parties, DJ Ganesh shared, "A lot of people have genuinely surprised me because many of them understand music on a very deep level. Gautam Singhania Sir from Raymond, for example, genuinely enjoys deep house, English retro, and classic music, which most people would never expect.

At the same time, many younger celebrities are very updated with Afro house, tech house, and international edits. But people like Ananya Panday and Orry also enjoy dancing to original Bollywood songs and proper desi music once the party reaches its peak. No matter how global the crowd is, Bollywood nostalgia always wins at some point during the night."

Through this, DJ Ganesh explains how music eventually connects everyone emotionally, no matter how modern or international the party atmosphere may seem.

Opening up about celebrities enjoying themselves freely at private parties, he says, "The people who genuinely love music are very easy to identify because they react emotionally to songs instead of performing only for social media moments."

He further shared that celebrities enjoy themselves the most when cameras are away and they can simply enjoy music freely like normal people. According to him, that is when the real excitement and happiness naturally come out.

Talking about song requests during Bollywood parties, DJ Ganesh shared, "Sometimes celebrities have personal favourite songs or nostalgic tracks they specifically want to hear, and I always respect those requests because they create special moments for them."
