When Uorfi Javed Said She Doesn't Believe In Islam

Back in 2021, Uorfi Javed made a candid revelation during an interview with India Today that grabbed widespread attention. The actress openly stated that she does not believe in Islam and shared that she would never marry a Muslim man. She also revealed that at the time, she was reading the Bhagavad Gita, a statement that sparked conversations and reactions across social media and news platforms.

They hate me because Muslim men want their women to behave in a certain way. They want to control all the women in the community. I don't believe in Islam because of this. The reason why they troll me is because I don't behave the way they expect me to as per their religion, (sic)" she was quoted as saying.
