Monalisa Bhosle, 18, who rose to fame during the Prayagraj Mahakumbh Mela, has levelled serious allegations of sexual misconduct against filmmaker Sanoj Mishra. Speaking at a press conference in Kochi alongside her husband, Farman Khan, she claimed that Mishra harassed her repeatedly on film sets when she was still a minor.

Breaking down in tears during the interaction, Monalisa said she is determined to seek justice, stressing that only she knows the trauma she endured during that time.

She also alleged her family didn't support her, revealing that they urged her to stay silent. "My family said that my first movie was coming out, so I should keep quiet. Did they want me to be raped just because it was my first movie? They said that the media would blame me if I spoke out," she said.

Accusing Mishra of repeated misconduct, she added, "Sanoj Mishra is not a good person. He misbehaved with me on the sets several times. He grabbed me. I told my family that Sanoj Mishra had touched me."

Monalisa further shared that she had reached a breaking point and even contemplated ending her life. "He supported me. He told me to fight. He gave me life," she said, crediting her husband for standing by her during the ordeal and encouraging her to speak out.
