Mumbai Indians And BookMyShow Live’s BrandLabs Present ‘The MIX’, A First-Of-Its-Kind Fan Festival
The MIX (A Mumbai Indians Experience) is a two day festival in Mumbai that blends cricket, music and culture. Co produced by Mumbai Indians and BookMyShow Live, it features international and Indian artists, immersive experiences, and exclusive merchandise to deepen fan engagement beyond the stadium.
The MIX (A Mumbai Indians Experience) is set to bring fans closer to Mumbai Indians through a new two-day festival at Jio World Garden in Mumbai on March 21-22, 2026. Tickets are already available exclusively on BookMyShow, giving supporters early access to the multi-genre event centred on cricket, music and culture.

Designed as more than a match-day activity, The MIX aims to reshape how Indian fans interact with teams beyond the stadium. Organisers describe it as an evolving cultural space that blends sport, creativity and community, reflecting Mumbai Indians’ growing shift from a successful cricket team towards a wider lifestyle and cultural identity.
The MIX music line-up and Mumbai Indians experience
The festival will host an intense music programme with genre-spanning performers and visual experiences across the two days. International and Indian acts will share the stage, with CamelPhat, Divine, Nucleya, Sanju Rathod and Mr. Belt & Wezol headlining. The schedule intends to mirror Mumbai’s restless energy and the team’s high-intensity approach on the field.
Leading the international presence is CamelPhat, the GRAMMY-nominated UK duo known for hits 'Cola’ and 'Panic Room’. Their melodic house sets are popular for slow builds and euphoric peaks. Dutch house pair Mr. Belt & Wezol add further global appeal, contributing to the festival’s mix of electronic sounds.
The centrepiece of the line-up is Divine, whose work took Mumbai’s gullies to global audiences. Divine helped reshape Indian hip-hop with tracks such as 'Mere Gully Mein’, 'Sher Aaya Sher’ and 'Mirchi’. Divine’s performances are expected to combine nostalgia with strong live intensity, connecting city stories with new musical directions.
Nucleya adds another layer, recognised for fusing Indian sonic textures with bass-driven electronic drops on tracks like 'Bass Rani’ and 'Laung Gawacha’. Nucleya comes to The MIX after a high-energy set at Lollapalooza India 2026, bringing renewed momentum to the festival’s electronic segment and appealing to diverse dance music audiences.
The line-up also showcases Sanju Rathod, whose songs combine regional lyrics with modern pop appeal and have become regular anthems. Joining are Mumbai-based electronic artists Suggahunny b2b Hamshyre and genre-fluid tastemaker GauriWho, known for fashion-forward presence. Together, they aim to capture the feel of street culture, bass sounds and digital-native creativity across the weekend.
The MIX fan engagement vision with Mumbai Indians and BrandLabs
Organisers emphasise that music is only one strand of The MIX, which also features immersive installations, brand-led experiences and exclusive merchandise drops. The festival is co-produced and promoted by Mumbai Indians and BookMyShow Live, underlining a shared focus on building long-term cultural properties around cricket and entertainment.
A Mumbai Indians Spokesperson said, "The MIX represents the next chapter of MI's fan engagement journey. Cricket will always be at our core, but today's young fans connect with brands through culture, lifestyle, and experiences first. The MIX allows us to meet them where they are – creating a space where sport, music, and culture collide in authentic and exciting ways."
Owen Roncon, Chief of Business - Branded IPs, BookMyShow, added, "The MIX is a transformative step in how we reimagine fandom in India. At BrandLabs, we've set out to not just create IPs but strategically collaborate with brands from allied industries to bring authentic, immersive experiences to fans. Our approach is rooted in a deep understanding of the evolving landscape of culture and lifestyle, ensuring that every experience is not only engaging but also meaningful. Through this, for The MIX, we're bridging the worlds of cricket and contemporary culture, making sure that fans are not just spectators but active participants in a vibrant, evolving narrative."
The MIX is positioned as an extension of Mumbai Indians’ #OneFamily idea, expanding that concept into an offline community zone. Creators, players, music artists and fans are expected to share the same spaces, celebrating their connection to the team and to each other, both away from the pitch and within the city’s wider cultural life.
BookMyShow Live’s BrandLabs, which co-develops The MIX, is a recently launched creative solutions arm dedicated to building branded intellectual properties and cultural experiences. It focuses on projects that sit where entertainment, technology and commerce meet, with The MIX serving as one of the earliest large-scale examples in sport-led entertainment.
