Social media users heavily criticized 22-year-old Gurugram resident Himanshu Jangra after the clip from Pranit More's stand-up show surfaced online. While Jangra became the primary target of the outrage, many also questioned comedian Pranit More's reaction in the video, accusing him of treating the controversial comment as comedy.

As the controversy gained momentum, the Bigg Boss 19 contestant addressed the issue on his Instagram story, issuing a public apology amid mounting criticism.

In a major development, Himanshu Jangra has reportedly lost his job following the viral incident. Jangra was employed at Starvik Design, and after the controversy escalated online, company founder Vivek Vishwakarma announced that the organization had decided to terminate his employment.
