Before stepping away from the entertainment industry, Twisha Sharma had appeared in films like Mugguru Monagallu and Zara Sambhal Kay. Following the news of her death, Twisha's Mugguru Monagallu co-star Dheekshith Shetty expressed shock and told HT, "It's very shocking news. Her brother was in the Army and she realised it wasn't her cup of tea, so she wanted to just go back and settle with her family," he further added.
