There are a few television actresses who leave an indelible mark and Simone Singh belongs to that few. Beautiful, talented and highly presentable, Simone Singh is a key actress of television. Although she has appeared in many good movies, she is best remembered for her contribution in Indian television.

Born on November 10th, Simone did her schooling in Jamshedpur. Being a small town girl, she wasn't exposed to Hindi films. After securing her degree in Arts, Singh took up her first job in Delhi and worked there for 2 months. Later she came to Mumbai, to meet her childhood friend and plan out her next move. Just as a matter of chance, she dropped her portfolio at a production house Plus Channel and then she got selected to play in the long English soap 'A mouth full of sky.' However, she made her acting debut in the hit serial Swabhimaan in 1995. Singh's career took a giant leap in the portrayal of her character as the quiet yet strong Heena in the hit soap opera Heena. She had no looking back since then. She was known as Heena by millions of television viewers worldwide. Like her infectious smile, Heena became the nation's craze and their was no stopping.

After the smooth success of Heena, Simone Singh ventured into mainstream bollywood films with the top directors of the Hindi film industry in films like Ek Rishta : The Bond of Love. Although just seven films old, she has delivered some great performances in films like Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham, Sur: The melody of Life and Kal Ho Na Ho. Films like Being Cyrus has brought out the immense acting talent in Simone Singh. Her stellar performance in this movie has made her fans to explore the dark side of the character Simone portrayed in the film as Tina Sethna. Although this psychological drama didn't create magic in the box-office , her performance was laudable. However, her love for television doesn't cease. She never intends to give up television for movies. Now known widely for being the anchor of Zoom's Kosmiic Chat has added a new dimension to her versatile personality. Having modeled for mega brands like Santoor and Garner, nothing stops this beautiful Scorpio from moving forward and experimenting new things in life.

Her husband Fahd Samar, her home and books are her passion. Known for her quirky sense of dressing , she loves dressing in outfits designed by Wendell Rodricks and Anshu Arora. Simone Singh is known for her beauty and class. With all her achievements in her kitty, Singh is surely flying high!
