He
is
the
heartthrob
of
millions
largely
due
to
his
child
like
character.
He
has
the
moves
of
a
dancer
par
excellence,
has
the
mannerisms
of
a
child
(one
of
the
many
whose
claim
to
fame
is
such)
and
can
make
the
young
girls
scream
because
they
all
just
want
to
cuddle
him
just
at
once
(not
that
he
turns
them
away
but
you
cant
just
do
that
all
at
the
same
time).
Another
realm
of
the
industry
that
he
has
conquered
with
Krrish
is
that
of
a
superhero.
A
direct
rip
off
the
Western
Superhero
it
might
be
but
he
has
got
the
pathway
cleared
for
him
to
leap
into
the
big
leagues
without
a
doubt
in
peoples
minds
whether
or
not
he
can
live
up
to
that
status.
hrithik
roshan
was
born
into
one
of
Bollywoods
biggest
families.
His
royal
lineage
goes
a
generation
beyond
his
father
Rakesh
Roshan.
His
grandfather
OM
Prakash
cast
him
in
Bhagwan
Dada
and
Aasha.
Until
finishing
college,
films
were
not
on
his
mind.
Not
going
with
his
parents
wished
to
do
further
education,
her
had
other
plans
in
mind.
He
studied
acting
in
under
Namit
Kapoor.
He
also
hoped
get
a
few
tips
by
doing
whatever
he
can
to
absorb
from
his
fathers
sets.
He
helped
around
on
the
sets
of
Koyla
and
Karan
Arjun.
He
meddled
into
his
fathers
films
so
much
that
his
father
even
incorporated
him
into
the
writing
of
Kaho
Naa
Pyaar
Hai.
Little
did
he
know
that
he
was
to
be
drafted
for
the
role.
Kaho
Naa
Pyaar
Hai
was
a
hit-a
phenomenon
of
huge
proportions.
A
debutante
rarely
made
such
an
impact
with
his
debut
flick.
The
success
got
him
onto
film
makers
lists
of
people
to
cast
if
they
wanted
to
make
a
dent
in
the
box
office.
His
next
two
films
were
Fiza
and
Mission
Kashmir.
They
kept
up
the
reputation
that
he
made
with
Kaho
Naa
Pyaar
Hai
lasted
till
the
release
of
these
films.
Then
on
his
releases
for
sometime
were
not
so
big
at
the
box
office.
Disappointing
from
a
fans
point
of
view,
thanks
to
bad
scripts
and
storylines.
This
maybe
brought
out
the
factor
in
hrithik
roshan
that
despite
the
content
of
the
movie
being
bad
he
can
really
stand
out
apart
from
it-something
all
actors
cant
do.
His
start
was
a
whole
lot
above
average
and
he
had
just
gone
down
to
good.
He
deserved
his
credit
for
his
previous
movies.
Aap
Mujhe
Achche
Lagne
Lage,
Na
Tum
Jaano
Na
Hum,
Mujhse
Dosti
Karoge
and
Main
Prem
Ki
Diwani
Hoon
all
did
not
do
justice
to
his
capability
as
an
actor.
The
only
real
big
hit
as
such
was
Kabhi
Khushi
Kabhi
Ghum,
which
cannot
be
attributed
to
him
but
to
the
others
of
the
cast.
He
ended
this
"dry" spell
with
Koi
Mil
Gaya,
arguably
Indias
very
own
ET
and
followed
that
up
by
the
sequel
Krrish
acting
as
arguably
Indias
very
first
Superhero.
Now
he
is
riding
on
a
good
wave
with
Krrish
on
his
side.
