Sharaf U Dheen Biography

Sharafudheen aka Sharaf U Dheen  is an Indian actor who mainly appears in Malayalam cinema. He made his acting debut in 2013 with 'Neram'. But he rose to fame with his character of GirirajanKozhi in the blockbuster hit movie 'Premam'. He is best known for his notable performances in the movies like Varathan, Anjam Pathira, Aarkkariyam and Kuttavum Shikshayum.
 
Personal Life

Sharafudheen was born in Aluva, Ernakulam to M.Kunjumon and Nabeesa. Before stepped into the film industry he launched a Travel Agency. Later he left his job to try his hand in acting . The actor who got married in 2015 to Beena and the couple has two children.

Career Life

He came to the film industry as a supporting aritist in the film 'Neram' in 2013. Directed by Alphonse Puthren the film was superhit at the box office. Later he appeared in Jude Antony 's Ohm Shanthi Oshaana'. He made a mark for himself with his terrific comedy in 'Premam' in 2015. His role as Girirajan Kozhi in the film made him popular among the audiences. For his stupendous performances in the film 'Varathan', he recieved SIIMA  Best Villain Award in 2019. Initially, he chose comic roles and later began playing serious and sensitive roles. His other notable projects include Anjaam Pathiraa , Virus , Aarkkariyam and Kuttavum Shikshayum. He was last seen in Shafi's Aanandham Paramaanandham.
