Biography:  Vijayalakshmi Agathiyan is a Tamil actress. Vijayalakshmi is the daughter of the second wife of national award-winning Tamil movie director Agathiyan. This beautiful, petite Chennai-based actress, who has acted in hits such as Chennai 600028 and Anjathey, is yet to have her big breakthrough in the industry. She has said in interviews that she is selective of her roles and that she is in no hurry to accept all roles that come her way. Vijayalakshmi is a B. Tech graduate from Easwari Engineering College (SRM) and the second out of three girls. Her older sister is a popular television hostess on Makkal TV and married (Karthika of Sol Vilayattu fame). She has a younger sister named Niranjani.
