The official Netflix YouTube channel just recently uploaded a trailer for an upcoming documentary series on one of the most notable American murder cases of the early 2000s. The documentary is titled 'American Murder: Laci Peterson' and features the accounts of many people who were directly involved with the case, including the mother and friends of the victim.

How The Documentary Plans To Cover 'American Murder; Laci Peterson'

The documentary will closely follow the events and people involved in the case of the 'Murder Of Laci Peterson'. Laci Peterson was an American woman and wife to Scott Peterson, who mysteriously disappeared in 2002 while pregnant with a child for eight months. The following year, her body was found on the shores of San Francisco Bay. Another year later, the police and detectives managed to build up a case that would eventually find her husband, Scott Peterson, guilty of her murder.

While the documentary series will go over the events of this case as well as courtroom and interrogation footage, it will also involve the many different people who were involved in the case. The director of the documentary series, Skye Borgman, managed to get in contact with many of the detectives and other police personnel that were involved. She also managed to speak with Amber Frey, the woman that Scott Peterson was involved with during Laci Peterson's disappearance.

One of the most notable aspects of the documentary series is that Borgman managed to involve Sharon Rocha, Laci Peterson's mother. Rocha usually stayed away from the public consciousness, but decided to be part of this documentary series so that she could keep the memory of Laci Peterson and her unborn son, Conner, alive.
