'Arcane' Season 2 Date Confirmed, Stray Kids Trailer Soundtrack, And More

Netflix just released a new trailer for the upcoming second season of the video-game inspired animated series, 'Arcane'. The trailer features snippets from both the first season as well as the second, with the background music being a new single by the South Korean boy band 'Stray Kids' called 'Come Play'. The trailer can be watched below.
For those that have been fans of the video game series 'League Of Legends' and would like to learn more about the lore, or those that are excited for the second installment of the 'Arcane' series, here are some of the things you should know about this animated series' second season.
Plot Details Of The Upcoming Second Season of 'Arcane'
The series has been described by Netflix as follows, "Arcane tells the origin story of two iconic League of Legends champions, who just so happen to be sisters. Jinx - also known as Powder - and Vi find themselves on rival sides of a brewing war between the utopian city Piltover and its oppressed underbelly Zaun. Powder and Vi are completely transformed by the end of the first season, as Powder becomes the mischievous Jinx and Vi proves she's one champion you don't want to mess with."
Cast And Crew Behind The Animated Series 'Arcane: Season 2'
Christian Linke and Alex Yee will return as co-creators for the second and final season of the series.
The new season will see the recurring characters of Vi, voiced by Hailee Steinfeld, and Jinx, played by Ella Summer Purnell. More characters will also be introduced in the new season and with them a whole new cast of voice actors which include Katie Leung, Kevin Alejandro, Jason Spisak, Toks Olagundoye, and more.
