Investigation Regarding 'Friends' Actor, Matthew Perry's Death Still On-Going, Suspects Being Interviewed
Matthew Perry died last year, on October 28th, 2023. The cause of death was initially suspected to be a ketamine overdose and was left at that. Recent investigations, however, seem to have brought up a lot of information about the actor many months after his death.
Most people will recognize the American-Canadian actor from his role as Chandler Bing in the popular western sit-com, 'Friends'. He also worked in other films like '17 Again' and 'The Ron Clark Story'. Throughout his career, though, the actor battled against addiction. In fact in 2022, he wrote a memoir titled 'Friends, Lovers and the Big Terrible Thing' where he wrote at length about his struggles against addiction and the journey he had to take towards sobriety.

In October of 2023, he was found in his bathtub, dead. Two months after that, a medical examiner ruled that Matthew Perry died of a ketamine overdose. While the actor was going through 'Ketamine Infusion Therapy', his last session with his doctor was a long time ago, and his house was relatively clean of drugs.
Investigators suspected that someone must've given Matthew Perry a fatal dose of ketamine. After months of investigation, many different details have come up relating to the actor, like his relations with different actors in the Hollywood industry or how he only had around 1.5 million dollars in his bank account at the time of death, despite having a net worth of around 120 million dollars.
Authorities have performed searches and interviews with some suspects and are still trying to determine who provided the actor with the ketamine, but as the investigation is still on-going, no names have been publicly shared by the investigators.
