Mufasa: The Lion King Box Office Collection Day 8 Early Updates: Mufasa: The Lion King has been roaring at the domestic box office ever since it was released. The movie has earned accolades for its brilliant visuals and inspiring story which has etched into the hearts of many. As the movie has entered into its 2nd week, it has still maintained its strong hold at the box office despite facing a few dips during the weekdays. Mufasa: The Lion King has earned Rs. 3.04 Cr so far as of 5pm on day 8, seeing a bit of dip compared to first Thursday, i.e., day 7, when it earned Rs. 7 Cr witnessing -48.72% dip compared to first Wednesday, when it earned Rs. 13.65 Cr. With this, the total India nett collection of the film stands at Rs. 77.29 Cr as of day 8 at 5pm.
The India nett collection at the end of day 7 or week 1 stands at Rs. 74.25 Cr out of which the English version earned Rs. 26.75 Cr, Hindi version minted Rs. 24.95 Cr, Telugu version earned Rs. 11.25 Cr, and Tamil version minted Rs. 11.3 Cr. With this, the India gross collection of the film stands at Rs. 89 Cr, while the overseas collection is Rs. 1150 Cr, which makes the worldwide collection standing at Rs. 1700 Cr.
