In the midst of July, the Disney+ Singapore channel released a trailer for an upcoming Korean thriller series titled 'NO WAY OUT: The Roulette'. The trailer is linked below.

Plot Details Of 'NO WAY OUT: The Roulette'

The series will follow the story of Kim Guk-ho, a criminal who has been released from jail after 13 years. The punishment that life has in store for him doesn't seem to end after his release, though, as it is revealed that a bounty of $15 million has been placed for his death. This bounty is placed by a masked man who spins a roulette to decide at random who becomes the target of his twisted game.

As many people of South Korea take up arms and try to hunt down Kim Guk-ho, he also finds unlikely allies in a police officer, Baek Joong-sik, and a lawyer, Lee Sang-bong, who do their best to protect the Kim Gukho despite having very conflicted feelings about the situation.

The rest of the series follows the dynamics of the many different characters as they try to navigate this culling game and figure out who exactly is the masked man that started it all.

The series is directed by Choi Kook-Hee, with the script written by Lee Soo-jin. The production of the show was managed by Studio X+U and Twin Film.

The lead roles of Baek Joong-sik, Kim Guk-ho, and Lee Sang-bong are played by Cho Jin-woong, Yoo Jae-myung, and Kim Mu-yeol respectively. Other notable cast members include Yum Jung-ah, Sung Yoo-bin, Greg Hsu, Lee Kwang-soo, and Kim Sung-cheol.
