Top 5 Anime Series To Be Watching In July, 2024
As the month of July rolls around, an old batch of anime seasons end and new animes pop up through the next couple weeks. If you're not sure what to watch, fear not! This article will provide you with a list of 10 anime that you might want to watch or at least add to your backlog.

Tower Of God Season 2
Fans of the South Korean Manhwa turned anime series 'Tower Of God' will be happy to know that the second season of the anime will release sometime in July 2024. Based on a webtoon, the first season followed the story of Bam, a lonely boy who lived at the bottom of 'The Tower' with his one friend, Rachel. When she left for the tower to see the stars, Bam also entered the tower in the hopes of finding her. The first season ends with Bam's journey and Part 1 of 'Tower Of God'.
Season 2 will pick up the story with an entirely new cast of characters, and its only going to get better from here.

Suicide Squad Isekai
The anime industry has no shortages of shows under the isekai genre. Even one of the later items in this list is another isekai. But what if that genre blended in with a western giant for comics and fiction? What if the heroes and villains of DC Comics were written into an isekai story? Well, 'Suicide Squad Isekai' answers that question by putting notorious DC villains like the Joker, Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Peacemaker, King Shark, and Clayface. Most of these names you may recognize from the second Suicide Squad movie, except Clayface who seems to be a new addition.
The show has already started streaming, so readers can jump right into the shenanigans of DC's rogues gallery in an isekai worlds.

That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime Season 3
Here's the second isekai I was talking about. While the season initially started in March, the show is still ongoing, with its 62nd episode coming in just a few days. While the isekai genre remains a little overinflated in the anime industry, 'That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime' still remains as a golden child of the genre.
From expansive fantasy worldbuilding, to political drama, to great aesthetics, the show can capture almost any audience and is definitely worth giving a try if you haven't already.

MONOGATARI Series: OFF & MONSTER Season
This season is a bit of an oddball for the 'MONOGATARI' series. While most seasons would follow the story of its main protagonist, Koyomi Araragi, and how he helps many of the girls in his high school with their supernatural problems, this season may be different. The plot will not revolve around the protagonist this time, but rather all the different girls who he helped, and how they're coping with life either before or after the events of the previous seasons.
While the lack of Koyomi Araragi may make the series lose parts of its comedic elements, the show is still great in the topics and themes it covers and is definitely one of the most unique anime series in the industry at the moment.

Demon Slayer: Hashira Training Arc
Here is another season of a popular ananime series that just recently ended. Those that prefer to binge anime series instead of waiting for the weekly episodes can now watch all episodes and movies of Demon Slayer back to back up until the Hashira Training Arc.
If you're a fan of Demon Slayer or have been interested in the anime, now may be a good time to get into it and start watching, as there won't be a next season for the anime. Instead, the 'Infinity Castle' arc will be covered over a trilogy of movies.
