'Umbrella Academy' Season 4 Coming THIS WEEK, Everything You Need To Know

A couple weeks back, around July 9th, the official Netflix YouTube channel released the trailer for the final season of 'Umbrella Academy', that being season 4.

The trailer also contained the date of the season's release. That date is now fast approaching, so for those that are hyped for the final season of 'Umbrella Academy' or even those that are just getting into it, here's everything you should know about 'Umbrella Academy' season 4!

Where The 3rd Season Ended And How The 4th Will Start

Season 4 of 'Umbrella Academy' will kick off right from where Season 3 ended. In the last episode of Season 3, the members of the Umbrella Academy were transported to an entirely new timeline and lost all of their superpowers. This happened because they were trying to avoid a universe-ending calamity in their original timeline called the 'Kugelblitz'. Unfortunately for the superpowered team, the machine that they needed to escape the calamity required fuel. Not just any fuel, though, as it stole everyone's superpowers in order to transport them to a different timeline.

As the squad enters a new timeline, they must navigate an entirely unfamiliar and very unstable space, all while battling new and old foes as they try and find a way to recover their lost abilities.

Those who have read the original comic series which were written by Gerard Way, lead singer of the 2000s American rock band 'My Chemical Romance', may yet be surprised by what's in store for this season, as Steve Blackman, who's been the showrunner since season 1, teased at the possibility of one of the greatest mysteries from the original comics being explained in the Netflix show.

Who All Will Feature On The Big Screen For 'Umbrella Academy' Season 4

Elliot Page, Tom Hopper, David Castañeda, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Robert Sheehan, Aidan Gallagher, Justin H. Min, Ritu Arya, Colm Feore and other actors from the previous seasons will be present in the new season.

The new season will also feature a couple new faces such as Nick Offerman, Megan Mullally, and David Cross.
