Tom Abrams holds workshop

Mumbai (UNI): Hollywood screenwriter Tom Abrams's will hold a three day advanced workshop from September 11 at New Delhi and September 16 at Mumbai. The workshop will be organised by Blackcoffee Films and Media, Mumbai and Singapore, a release here said. Born in USA, Tom Abrams is one of the USA's well known multiple award winning screen writer for both film and television with remarkable achievements. His honours include an Oscar nomination for ''Shoeshine'', Emmy award for USA's one of the most watched animation series ''Rugrats'' and Cannes International Film Festival Award winner for ''Performance Pieces.'' His screen credits include The Desperate Trail for TNT, Metal Machine, Hamlet in America and The battle of Ono for Executive Producer John Woo (Director Of Mission Impossible II/ Face Off).

He is recipient of Lifetime teaching appointment at the UCLA (University of Southern California), one of the finest film school in the world. UCLA is a school of legendary filmmakers George Lucas, Steven Speilberg, Robert Zemeckis, James Foley, Bryan Singer, John Singleton, James Ivory, Steven Somers, Randall Kieiser, Greg Araki and more. He has written successful thrillers, comedies, romances, action adventure films and animation for major film companies, including Warner Bros, Universal, 20th Century Fox, New Line Cinema, Working Title Films and television Networks TNT and Nickelodeon.

He conducts workshops around the world in well known universities and institutions in countries like USA, UK, France, Finland, Denmark, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Spain, Chile, Netherlands, Poland and Singapore and now in India.
