The survey conducted by the Entertainment Weekly comes out with the result that, among the fictional power players X-Men's violent mutant Wolverine gets the top position. Even Harry Potter and Spider Man trail behind the mutant in the list. Bart Simpson stands in the 9th position of the fictional power players. The only female character among the list of top ten fictional power players is Tyler Perry's grandmother Madea.
