Awards pour in for Keira, McAvoy

"I'm absolutely thrilled, and it's so wonderful that the film has been nominated in so many categories. I adored making it, and am delighted for Joe, James, Saoirse and everyone involved," BBC quoted Knightely, as saying. Besides other nominations that include best film drama, best screenplay and best original score, 'Atonement' has also been short listed for best direction category.
Other films include 'Charlie Wilson's War' with 5 nods and 'Michael Clayton,' 'No Country for Old Men' and 'Sweeney Todd' with four each. The award ceremony will be held on 13 January at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles.
