Washington
(ANI):
Charlie
Sheen
has
hit
back
at
his
ex-wife
Denise
Richards,
after
the
latter
filed
an
appeal
to
stop
him
paying
overnight
visits
to
their
two
daughters,
saying
that
he
viewed
child
pornography.
In
an
appeal
filed
at
the
Los
Angles
Superior
court,
Richards
said
that
Sheen's
"inappropriate
behaviour" on
the
Internet
could
negatively
impact
the
girls'
upbringing.
Earlier
this
month,
the
actor
filed
a
plea
in
the
court
demanding
amendments
to
the
terms
of
the
ex-couple's
shared
custody
of
their
children,
inclusive
of
permission
to
hire
his
own
childcare
provider
because
he
is
currently
unable
to
meet
his
children
unless
they
are
accompanied
by
Richards-approved
nannies.
Currently,
only
Richards
is
allowed
to
select
suitable
replacements
in
case
any
of
the
nannies
appointed
by
her
are
unavailable.
Sheen
asserted
that
Richards"
assistant
was
not
a
suitable
replacement
for
a
nanny.
Now,
the
'Wall
Street"
star
said
that
for
over
a
year,
Richards
hasn"t
filed
a
single
complaint,
and
that
her
accusations
have
started
only
after
he
asked
to
pick
his
own
nannies.
“For
the
record,
as
well
as
for
the
scales
of
morality,
the
following
must
be
clarified,"
E!
Online
quoted
Sheen,
as
saying.
"Two
years
ago,
when
this
circus
first
arrived,
I
chose
a
high
road
position
and
remained
quiet
and
dignified.
Yet,
based
on
the
resurfacing
of
certain
specific
claims,
made
in
a
severe
and
grievous
manner,
illustrating
Ms.
Richards' poor
judgment
on
every
possible
front,
I
must
counter
with
these
facts."
"I
have
asked
that
the
court
eliminate
Ms.
Richard's
ability
to
abuse
and
harass
us
any
longer.
One
can
only
imagine
what
we've
withstood
thus
far."
He
also
said
that
the
FBI
was
aware
of
the
issue,
but
has
taken
no
action
so
far.“The
FBI
was
aware
of
these
issues.
I
provided
them
with
every
computer
I
owned.
The
computers
were
returned
two
weeks
later.
Haven't
heard
from
them
since.
Period.
The
end,"
he
added.
