Actor George Clooney put wagging tongues to rest by categorically statitng that he is not interested in politics or persidentship. At a press conference while at the Dubai International Film Festival, he said that he was very blessed to have a lineage of people either in showbiz, politics or journalism - so he really has no aspirations at all to run for President. He'd rather do the same in his capacity as actor and celebrity. His best pal Brad Pitt started the issue stating that he should run for president. In interviews that he has been giving in the desert country, he said that while he has had a very successful run as an actor he will do his bit to speak for the down trodden.His latest act of charity is for the conditions for refugees in Darfur.
