Jason Priestley to become a father

Jason Priestley is to become a father. The former 'Beverly Hills 90210' star and his wife Naomi Lowde are expecting their first child. A representative for Priestley said: "They are expecting. The baby is due to be born in the summer." Priestley, 37, and 31-year-old make-up artist, Lowde, met in London and became engaged in May 2004.

They married in May 2005 on the Bahamas' Paradise Island in front of 120 guests, among which were the actor's former 'Beverly Hills 90210' co-stars Jennie Garth, Ian Ziering, Tiffani Thiessen and Tori Spelling. Lowde nursed Priestley through his recovery after he was involved in a near-fatal race car accident in August 2002. He crashed head-on into a wall at the Kentucky Speedway.
