The
plot
revolves
around
a
lawyer's
attempt
to
unearth
a
scandal
behind
a
string
of
drug
convictions
that
puts
10
pct
of
black
population
in
the
town
behind
bars,
reports

The
arrests
are
dismissed
as
racial
profiling
and
the
undercover
officer,
who
conducted
the
busts,
is
charged
for
perjury.
