Keira Knightley too suffers from acne

Washington (ANI): Keira Knightley is not as porcelain skinned as she appears on-screen, for the actress has revealed that she suffers from acne. The 'Pirates of the Caribbean" star has admitted that her skin is not as good as it appears in the films and that she requires a lot of make up to hide her spots.

"My film career has boosted my self-esteem. I'm self-conscious and I've always tried to dress down. I don't even like wearing make-up but I have to because of my acne, Contactmusic quoted Knightley, as saying. "I've been saved many times at film premieres by wonderful make-up artists who make my skin look much better than what it is. "That's all part of the make-believe world of cinema," she added.
