Madame Tussauds unveils Nicole Kidman's statue

Sydney (ANI): Hollywood actress Nicole Kidman has been immortalized in wax by the UK outpost of Madame Tussauds. Her statue now stands besides those of fellow Hollywood stars Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. According to News.com.au, the wax model bears such an uncanny resemblance to Kidman that it would be hard to spot the difference between it and the real Nicole.

The designers reportedly spent about three months in crafting the wax figure based on thousands of photographs of the Golden compass star. Madame Tussauds spokesman Ben Lovett said that there is no doubt that Kidman is a global celebrity and they are pleased to unveil her.

"There's no mistaking that she is a hugely popular global celebrity and we are delighted to be unveiling her," the website quoted Lovett as saying. “Nicole is wearing a stunning floor-length red dress which really emphasises her flawless beauty and grace, idolised by so many women around the world," he added.
