Paris selling her Spanish compound

AHotel heiress Paris Hilton is selling her Spanish compound in Hollywood Hills for 4.25 million dollars. Hilton had purchased the house in 2004 for a whopping 2.9 million dollars.

"This is a very special celebrity owned home," TMZ quoted the listing sheet as stating. "The home is perfect for entertaining," it added. The website has also reported that the home has four bedrooms, "although one was converted to the ultimate closet." However, prospective buyers cannot just make an appointment; they must pass through a screening process.

A Hollywood Hills realtor said that the listing price was "grossly inflated".
