Washington (ANI): It was a mid-air brush with death, which changed actress Penelope Cruz"s life and taught her to seize the day. The 'Vanilla Sky" actress was en route to the set of 2004 movie 'Bandidas" when her plane suddenly dropped 15,000 feet. "It was to do with daring. I thought, have I, through insecurity, not said the things I meant to say, not done the things I meant to do?" Contactmusic quoted her, as saying.

“That was incredibly important to me and has changed my life," she said. Her pals Salma Hayek and Daya Fernandez were also present with Cruz in the same flight.
