Salma Hayek to continue acting after embracing motherhood

Washington (ANI): Actress Salma Hayek has dismissed reports that she will be becoming a housewife once she gives birth to her first child. The pregnant star, who is expecting a baby with French fiance Francois-Henri Pinault, insists that she will not be shifting to Paris, or give up running her production company in the U.S. "I'm going to stay (in the U.S.) and run this company. I could just say I will give it all up and be a housewife in Paris. But I said, 'No,'" Contactmusic quoted her, as saying.

Hayek admits that a reason why she can continue working new projects with her Ventanarosa Productions business partner Jose Tamez, is because she has been lucky enough to find a man who respects the fact that she is a successful business woman. “I was so lucky because I found myself a man who is a great businessman. And he loves it that I work this hard. He has a lot of respect for what I do," she said.
