Kate Beckinsale never gets scared of paparazzi

Washington (ANI): Hollywood actress Kate Beckinsale never gets bothered with the hounding paparazzi because she's learnt to ignore them. The Underworld actress, who lives in Los Angeles with husband Len Wiseman, and her daughter Lily, is constantly hounded by paparazzi as soon as she steps out.

However, Beckinsale has her own way of dealing with the intruding paparazzi, and credits her reserved nature for making her ignore the photographers. "Maybe it's a British thing. I sort of adopt a victim mentality in that I can't do anything about it so it's pointless throwing things and shouting," Contactmusic quoted Kate, as telling Access Hollywood.

"I just think, they're going to wait at the bottom of your road and follow you places. Hopefully you're not doing anything so spectacularly interesting like having your pants fall down, because that kind of thing tends to attract attention. It's a part of the job that I tend not to think about that much," she added.

Beckinsale revealed even her daughter Lily has adopted her mother's art of ignoring the press. "It's weird that my daughter's got used to it. We tend to have a group of people following us when we do our Christmas shopping or something but we've all got quite good at blocking it out and pretending it's not happening," Kate said.
