Lohan sued by her former bodyguard

Washington (ANI): American actress Lindsay Lohan has just been sued by her former bodyguard for non-payment of his security services. The Mean Girls star is said to have hired David Kim in October 2006 to organise her security, for a fee of 4000 dollars a week for a round-the-clock protection. However, he is said to have quit the job six months later, in March 2007, after Lohan broke her word on the payment deal, reports Contactmusic.

In legal papers filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court Apr 8, Kim claims that he is owed 1,500 dollars for damage to his car. The damage was caused when Lohan's driver, Jazz, once crashed into his vehicle in a bid to escape from the pursuing paparazzi. Lohan is now being sued for breach of contract and Kim is seeking a total of 55000 dollars in damages and unpaid wages.
