Brooke Shields going under the knife again

New York (ANI): Actress cum supermodel Brooke Shields will be undergoing foot-surgery while her next flick Lipstick Jungle is on hold.

So the 42-year-old actress will be seen donning a cast in her foot instead of sexy high heels while she recovers from the injury she got long time back. "She is having surgery on her foot," New York Post quoted a pal, as saying.

In fact, this will be the second time that the actress will be undergoing a surgery, which she got from dancing on Broadway. "Yes, she is having surgery on a tendon. It's from an old injury she got from dancing on Broadway. It's the second surgery she's had on it," said a representative of Shields. The Blue Lagoon star has been working since she was a child, and reinjured her foot while performing in Chicago.
