Big Brother 10 goes to Dan Gheesling

The much anticipated winner of the Big Brother has been finally declared. Dan Gheesling, the 25-year-old school teacher from Dearborn, won Big Brother 10 on Tuesday.

Dan walked away with the $500,000 prize beating Robert Garrett, the Los Angeles bartender, who is also known as Memphis. Robert was award with $50,000 for the second place. Dan was voted the winner unanimously by the judges. He won from winning the first four votes read out by host Julie Chen, April, Michelle and Ollie. He was also the choice of the judges Keesha, Renny and Jerry.

Meanwhile, Keesha was voted America's favourite juror, winning a $25,000 prize while 75-year-old Jerry stood in the second place.
