"I could show you. I can eat maggots with the best of them. I daresay there are still things that I could turn my hand to if I had to," the Daily Express quoted him as saying. "I was always fairly handy. It was one thing that I was good at. I wasn't good at everything by any means. I was always good at making stuff and using my hands when I was younger," he added. Day-Lewis was honoured with the Best Actor Oscar at Sunday's ceremony for his role as a tyrannical oil prospector in 'There Will Be Blood'.
