The Dark Knight
The Dark Knight was expected from the start to be a blockbuster owing to many reason including it being a Batman sequel and it being the Heath Ledger's posthumous release. The movie has grossed the most money ever by a film released internationally in making the most money ever in the least amount of time. It over took the Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Mans Chest's record of taking 16 days to cross a 300 million dollars collection. Beating by six days. The Black Knight completed the feat in 10 days.

The other Box Office Records that it stand to break now is the 600 million record by Titanic and 315 million record by Iron Man.
