Holmes' favourite style flew off shelves before its officially launch

New York (ANI): Luxury denim brand Prps has just launched its first-ever women's lifestyle line in the U.S., and quickly sold out the collection, courtesy Katie Holmes. The stunner is the inspiration behind the fashion line. Holmes has been spotted wearing the brand's relaxed-fit Boyfriend jeans on a regular basis since relocating to New York in August for her Broadway debut.

Holmes' favourite style flew off shelves before Prps even 'officially' launched their women's line, reports the New York Daily News. Prps founder and creative director Donwan Harrell said that the actress has definitely 'had an influence in increased sales.'

Harrell admits that the new line was inspired by Tom Cruise's wife who loves to wear his jeans around the house.

"It's a refreshing alternative to the skinny jean," he said. The new line includes three models of jeans: A skinny cut, boot cut and Holmes' favourite, the Boyfriend.
