Eva Mendes recommends councelling for Latinos

Washington (ANI): Eva Mendes is so impressed with therapy that she is recommending it to the people of the Latin community. The Cuban-American actress claims that while counselling was frowned upon when she grew up, it has actually enriched her life. The 2 Fast 2 Furious actress insists that it is now that she has discovered the benefits of sharing her problems.

"I love therapy. It has just enriched my life. I come from a family, from a heritage where you don't really go to therapy unless you''re crazy," Contactmusic quoted Mendes, as telling Interview magazine. She added: "I want people to know that that's so not the case. It's enriching."
